Dashboard Overview

Your Healthcare with AI dashboard is the central hub for managing your entire clinic. This guide explains the layout, navigation, quick actions, and key metrics available at a glance.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard is organized into three main areas:

  • Left sidebar — Navigation menu with all modules (Appointments, Queue, Patients, etc.)
  • Top bar — Search, notifications, quick actions, and your profile menu
  • Main area — The active module content with cards, tables, and charts

Navigation Guide

Click any module in the sidebar to switch views. The sidebar collapses on smaller screens — tap the hamburger menu to expand it. Use the global search bar (Ctrl+K) to quickly find patients, appointments, or settings.

Quick Actions

The top-right corner has quick action buttons for the most common tasks:

  • + New Appointment — Create an appointment instantly
  • + Add Patient — Register a new patient
  • Start Queue — Begin the day's consultation queue
  • New Prescription — Open the prescription editor

Key Metrics

The home dashboard shows today's vital stats at a glance:

  • Today's Appointments — Scheduled vs completed count
  • Queue Status — Current token, waiting count, average wait time
  • Revenue Today — Total collections from billing
  • Pending Tasks — Unsigned prescriptions, unread messages, pending reports

Tips

  • Press Ctrl+K from anywhere to open the global search
  • Click the notification bell to see unread alerts and messages
  • The sidebar remembers your last visited module on next login
