Registration & Onboarding

Creating your Healthcare with AI account takes less than 5 minutes. This guide covers everything from filling out the registration form to completing email verification and choosing your entity type.

Visit the Registration Page

Navigate to healthcarewithai.cloud/demo or click the "Get Started Free" button on our homepage. You'll see a registration form asking for basic details.

Fill in: Full name, email address, phone number, and a strong password

Verify Your Email

After submitting the form, we send a verification link to your email. Click the link within 24 hours to activate your account.

Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the email within 2 minutes

Choose Your Entity Type

After verification, you'll be asked to select your entity type. This determines which modules and features are available in your dashboard.

Clinic

Individual or multi-doctor practice

Hospital

Multi-department hospital

Pharmacy

Standalone pharmacy with POS

Pathology Lab

Diagnostic & lab testing center

What Happens Next

Once you select your entity type, the onboarding wizard launches automatically. It guides you through clinic profile setup, WhatsApp connection, and team invitations.

You can skip any step and return to it later from Settings

Important

Use a real email address you have access to. Password reset and critical notifications are sent to this address. You cannot change it without contacting support.
