Setting Up Clinic Profile

Your clinic profile is visible to patients on WhatsApp, appointment confirmations, and printed prescriptions. A complete profile builds trust and helps patients find your clinic easily.

Clinic Name & Logo

Enter your clinic's official name as it appears on your registration certificate. Upload a high-quality logo (recommended: 512x512px, PNG or JPG).

Clinic Address

Start typing your address and select from the Google Maps autocomplete suggestions. This ensures patients get accurate directions to your clinic.

Drag the map pin to fine-tune your exact location after selecting the address

Working Hours

Set your clinic's operating hours for each day of the week. You can configure different hours for morning and evening sessions, and mark days off.

The AI uses these hours to schedule appointments and inform patients about availability

Consultation Fee Configuration

Set your standard consultation fee and optional follow-up fee. You can configure different fees per doctor if you have a multi-doctor practice.

Fees are shown to patients during booking and included on invoices automatically

Important

Ensure your clinic name matches your official registration. This is used on prescriptions and legal documents. Changing it later requires admin approval.

Tips

  • Use a square logo with a transparent background for best results
  • Add a landmark near your address to help patients find you
  • Set break times between sessions to avoid back-to-back bookings
